Experience on momo making

          Making 

The grade 8 students have one project which is choosen by our class teacher bijay sir. And the topic of our project is Herbal plants in Nepal. And the ISA stands for International School Award. It is conducted by British Council.   

All the school has get the one one topic of different project altogether 12 projects out of which we students of grade 8 got the project no 10 that is Preparation of Momo. In, this project all the students of grade 8  have been  participate.On the first day of this project we have a small orientation class. On that class we divided the 4 groups  that is group A, B, C, D. And I have chosen the group A. khem sir and deepak sir  has distributed works to all groups. And, We have make momo and distribute it to all JM students and teachers . There were around 463 students and more than 25 teachers.  Deepak sir has choose bandana, Salina, sudarshan and jesham to collect money from every class . Aarati mam, deepak sir, Kamal sir, and khem sir they guide us to make the momo and to be success in this project.

Next  day group B and D went for shopping. They brought all the necessary materials which we needed for momo.

Group A and group C were in cutting and dough making department. Deepak sir chose the 5 girls and 5 boys to cut all the vegetables and group A  half of the girls  we make dough at the evening. On 10th of Poush we make momo.  Deepak sir told us that we should come tomorrow at 8:30 am. Another day,  we came fast in the school. That Day it was Christmas day.   After that we started to make momo. Salina and bandana collected money from every teachers .

 Then after that we started to make kima. Some students or teacher doesn't eat the chicken momo jesham and sudarshan make the list who ate the chicken momo and veg momo. Most of the students ate chicken momo rather than veg momo. We kept the carpet in the ground for the student .then, We distributed momo to every class and teachers. We were little bit tired also.It was about 4:15 pm when we finished distributing momo. Deepak sir separate already ate momo and not ate. Total 7 students who doesn't eat the Momo. Other students get abit angry that the deepak sir has separate them.  After that we students get momo. It was so tasty. Before eating we clicked group photos.

To click photo Adesh rai was choosen.Then after eating group A and D  wash all the utensils. I was to  tired that day. After I  reached home I immediately sleep And I am so happy in that Day I am  little bit tired also. The Momo  it was too tasty.

I am thank to our project school,teacher, Mr. Deepak Shrestha,Mrs Aarati Mam Mr Khem sir,kamal sir and the sisters, for helping  to make memories and supporting us to this project. I have learned perfectly to make momo.And I am proud that the teacher has choose this project . It was one of my best project  and happiest day in my life. Once again thank you so much teacher, students ,sister, class teacher and the school.
