As we know that it is also called the raksha bandhan. this festival is observed by the hindus all over the world. The meaning of "janai is cotton" and "purnima means the full moon".  On this, day hindu men,especially  the brahmins and chhetri will celebrate.Janai is regarded as the symbol of body. The festival is about sacred thread.    Gai Jatra Gai Jatra is also one of the festival. Mainly the newar will celebrate this festival. during this festival is celebrated in the month of Bhadra.  As we know that the gai means  cow. the festival of cows is one of the most popular festival of nepal. The festival is observed by hindus. and the meaning of "gai is cow or laxmi" and the meaning of" jatra is festival".  this festival is very famous festival in nepal. In ancient period of time. people anxiety and  worship yamraj is "the god of death". This Festival is ruled by malla King. At last,I want to say that  it is very famous festival.  and we know that gai means the Domestic animal. newar will celebrate this festival  and they worship and they will do puja of gai.

                              Raksha Bandhan As,we know many people will celebrate Raksha bandhan and it is very popular in the world. Raksha bandhan is also one of the festival. Mainly,it is celebrated in different place and different people. As we can say rakhi bandhan also. the sisters will put to brother rakhi and giving blessing to brother and needing protecton in every need. we know that "Rakhi means protection" "Bandhan means relationship". yesterday we were celebrating the raksha bandhan at school.we were putting rakhi to all the boys of my school. I think so many don't know that why,the girls were  putting rakhi to boys, why,because the boys will protect  the  girls in every need and i have make the boys brothers.because the boys will protect in each and every situation .. and we were celebrating raksha bandha happily.and enojoyment.
